In my present capacity, I am accountable for leading the manufacturing leadership to ensure that the production unit's capabilities are continually assessed, improved, and adequately in place to deliver against customer expectations. I also enhance the production quality and factory efficiency. My other job duties, include: Entrust with the overall accountability of ensuring output meets quality standards. Create and implement a production strategy underpinned by a master schedule aligned with growth plans and relevant production strategy. Spearhead and supervise the safety, quality, service, cost, and sustainability targets. Accomplish the sustained output with high-quality, optimum cost, and enhanced productivity levels. Optimize the production operations by creating and implementing the standard operating procedures Maintain adequate staffing levels through recruitment, staffing, and training. Direct and monitor the IT operations throughout the plants. Monitor and review the performance of production/factory personnel. Drive the implementation & sustenance of quality management systems (IAFT 16949). Position and lead the import logistics monitoring system, production planning and control, MRP, and supplier management. Effectuate and supervise the safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees. Provide leadership expertise and leadership expertise to the team for scaling up the plant performance, productivity, and quality Liaise and coordinate with the cross-functional team from various regions (Pune, Sanand) to adopt the ISO45001 and ISO 14001 Comply the applicable government regulations for plant operations.

My value propositions, includes: Successfully rolled out the new model, such as Logan (MRPL), Sail (GM), Enjoy (GM), 3 Figo (Ford), X1, X4,X5,X7, 6 series, and 3 series (BMW Door Trims). Built, initiated a plant and introduced 9 models (Plastics Door trims CKD for BMW) with a turnover of 70 crores. Accredited with the Best Supplier award from BMW within 1 year of plant setup.

As Manager – Quality Assurance, I played a stellar role in scaling up and elevating the production efficiency and sustainability. I coordinated the evaluation for passing and rejecting the final products as per quality standards. My other job duties, includes: Established and initiated the quality management systems ISO/TS16949:2009. Optimized the accurate quality assessments and performed detailed inspections. Created and led the quality control processes that meet customer requirements. Confirmed over 125-part Customer PSW sign-off. Acknowledged the Q1 status (One of Ford's requirements) within a short time of plant start-up. Actively involved in setting up and implementing the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Directed and supervised the day-to-day shop floor operations, right from assessing the data from production reports to setting up control mechanisms to address the quality issues through the daily quality meetings. Initiated, carried out, and completed the investigation of Quality issues and action implementation at appropriate levels/locations. Moreover, I also attended the monthly management review.

As Deputy Manager Quality Assurance, I shouldered with the entire responsibility of assessing and reviewing the quality of raw materials that are used in production. I also positioned quality systems for the green field project to support the General Motors’ new launch (Enjoy) My other job duties, includes: Supported and aided the future launches through defect landscape by tracking, closing the lessons learned, and preventing recurrence actions. Inspected, tested, and evaluated products & production equipment by executing various methods. Maintained stringent compliance with the quality standards across all the products. Assessed the final output of products to determine their quality. Achieved the 0PPM and 0PPR since launch (Over 24 months). Built, initiated, and supervised the quality management systems ISO/TS16949:2009. Led and oversaw the QSB Implementation (General Motors – Specific requirements) for CN100 supply. Moreover, I dexterously steered the team with members from Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality & Finance during the exit of GM.

 Achieved 0PPM and 0PPR since Launch(more than 12 months)  QSB Implementation(General Motors – Specific requirements)  Responsible for Incoming inspection process and New Supplier Selection & Development for New launch Sail SII  Established Gage concept and validation for new part gages and Travelled to China for approval process  Successfully completion of Customer PSW for SII.

 Established Incoming Inspection for Lead acid Batteries’s Part such as Container, Lid, ingot and various Chemicals  New models launches verification and validation for Batteries Container,Lid for Injection Molding process  Supplier PPAP review and Approval.  New Supplier selection and Development for Injection Molding process.  Coordination for ISO 14001 and ISO18001 certification audits and 1st time successfully achieved in Batteries Unit.

My value propositions, includes: Acted as one of the core members of the First Green Field project for the four-wheeler plant at Varroc Polymers Worked as the internal auditor for ISO/TS, environmental management systems, OHSAS 18001. Deployed the Quality Core tools such as PPAP, SPC, MSA, etc. Prioritized, initiated, and completed the incoming logon(L90) inspection from Mahindra Renault. Spearheaded and supervised the ASES implementation (Renault -Nissan Requirement) Drove the end-to-end New Mold trial and approval at ERMI China.

 Worked as Quality Incharge in Shift and verified Gap and Flush for Door Opener Bezel of Ford CD340  Acquired knowledge in APQP,PPAP, SPC,MSA, Calibration, Process Audit, Product Audit, Layout audits.  Ensure product and process as per Standard process parameters thro’ various audits

 Started career as Trainee Production Engineer.  Worked in Single screw and Double screw extruder for Compounding process  Achieved Highest output in Double screw extruder by applying process optimization, Cycle time reduction.  Implemented knowledge acquired in Academic for Plastics testing and Processing.  Worked in various Function like Quality, Manufacturing, Technical service and Market development  Internal auditor for QS9000
