At Liptis Pharmaceuticals, I lead HR operations while also overseeing Safety, Security, Transportation, and General Services—ensuring smooth operations and a positive workplace culture. I have successfully trained and developed the HR team, enhancing their expertise in personnel affairs, social insurance, and labor office procedures. I also provide strategic HR consultation to senior management on payroll, personnel, and health & social insurance matters.
