BAKHTIYAR ISAKOV

With over eight years of experience in the glass and ceramics industry, I am a Deputy Chief Production Engineer at Azerfloat, a leading float glass manufacturer in Azerbaijan. In this role, I oversee the production process, quality control, and maintenance of the float glass line, managing multiple locations and teams. I also collaborate with the R&D department to develop and implement new technologies and innovations to improve the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of the glass production. Some of my achievements include increasing the production capacity by 15%, reducing the energy consumption by 10%, and securing a large contract with a foreign client. I have a strong background in glass and ceramics production engineering, having obtained a bachelor's degree from Belgorod State Technological University and a bachelor's degree in management of economy in the machine building industry from Azerbaijan Technical University. I also have skills in retail packaging, multi-site responsibility, and multi-location management. I am passionate about creating high-quality and environmentally friendly glass products that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and the market.
