From joining the automotive bulb industry in 1979 to establishing world-class manufacturing units across India, my journey has been fuelled by a relentless drive for innovation and excellence. Together with my family, we founded our first manufacturing plant in Delhi, serving top clients like Lucas TVS and Autopal, and later expanded into diverse industrial areas. Our business thrived as we ventured into new territories and diversified our product lines, including pioneering efforts in the EPS industry. Despite challenges, we adapted and evolved, focusing on sustainable growth and innovation. In 2000, we founded Epack Polymers, further diversifying into air conditioners and home appliances manufacturing, and infrastructure construction using advanced technologies. Today, our group boasts an impressive turnover, with multiple world-class facilities and a workforce of over 5000. Beyond our business successes, I am deeply committed to social responsibility. In 2019, I co-founded the Bhagwan Mahavir Relief Fund Trust to provide subsidized dialysis treatment, reflecting my belief in empathy and positive societal impact. I am proud to serve in various esteemed positions, including Chairman of CEAMA and the MSME Council, contributing to the industry and fostering growth and innovation. My life revolves around my core value system which includes family, discipline, self-care, alignment between personal and professional growth, and empowering others.
