Shuqaiq 4 SWRO Desalination Plant Project Equipped with reverse osmosis technology, the plant will have a daily capacity of 400,000 cubic meters/day. Located in Al Shuqaiq on the Red Sea coast, 137 kilometers north of Jazan, Saudi Arabia. King Salman Park District Cooling Scheme FGC is responsible for the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of the MEP service scope of two district cooling plants, with a total capacity of 38,000 Refrigeration Tonnes (RT). Client: Green Park Cooling Company Main Contractor and Consultant: SNC-Lavalin Co. Tabuk 2. ISTP, Independent Sewage Treatment Plant (ISTP) Capacity: 90,000 cubic meters/Day, Tabuk Region. Replacement of 14 Cooling Towers and Pumps at SWCC - Shuaiba 1 Desalination Plants

Working as an MEP Project Manager at Zamil Projects Co. on the Riyadh Metro Project, I oversee the development of Projects 1F5, 2C1, and 2C2 stations. Responsibilities & Duties: Identifying suitable resources for the project. Monitoring and reviewing cash flow, project schedule, site progress, deliverables, safety measures, engineering aspects, procurement processes, invoicing, and quality assurance. Ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. Meeting client requirements in accordance with the contract agreement while safeguarding the interests of the company.

Drake & Scull Co. has been entrusted with implementing the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works for several packages, including the District Cooling Plant (DCP), Package 1, Package 2, Package 7, 17 Parcel, DCP, and Infrastructure Auxiliary Work Project. As the Electrical Construction Manager, my responsibilities and duties include: Overseeing the site implementations, including document approval and material delivery. Managing construction activities in collaboration with the client's site representative to ensure timely completion within budget constraints. Implementing and executing project plans effectively. Taking charge of site implementation and overseeing site inspections, safety protocols, and quality assurance up to the pre-commissioning phase.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, my responsibilities and duties include: Evaluating electrical systems and preparing the MAR's (Material Approval Requests) and SD's (Shop Drawings). Collaborating with consultants and clients to obtain approvals. Coordinating material requests and reviewing daily reports. Managing and submitting TQ's (Technical Queries) and RFI's (Requests for Information). Participating in required inspections and ensuring adequacy of site requirements, including materials and employment. Facilitating the preparation of documents for energization and pre-testing.

I served as a Senior Electrical & Automation Engineer (Client Representative Engineer) for the MODERN CEMENT & MINING Co. (MANASEER CEMENT INDUSTRY) factory during its construction phase. The factory is located northeast of the town of Qatraneh, 80 km south of Amman, the capital of Jordan, with a project value of $1 billion. FLSmidth Co. designed and built the project, with PEG Co. serving as the consultant, CPC providing supervision, and ATCO Co. acting as the local contractor. My scope of work included: Conducting strategic studies, including business planning and plant strategy development. Collaborating with all stakeholders on feasibility studies related to alternative energy sources, sales and marketing strategies, engineering, and company procedures to optimize investment decisions aligned with company goals. Overseeing contractors and installation companies to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines in alignment with company plans and objectives. Representing the client by participating in training sessions and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) in China and India, focusing on PLC software, FAT MCC’s, VFD’s, and MV Motors, and inspecting equipment to ensure quality standards and plant performance. Monitoring the project plan throughout construction, including engineering (design documents) management, overseeing the construction process, contracting, and project management.

BMS & Control Section Project Engineer Responsibilities & duties:- Follow up the BMS & Control site activities, prepare BMS block diagrams, sequence of operation, SD's, MAR’s, ensure the work is prioritized according to project schedule and coordinated with other departments, take-off of materials, requested the QC/QA engineer to arrange the inspection, and ensure work are cared correctly with take in consideration the safety and quality of works. I worked with JOBAUM & MEMSERV Companies as a BMS (Building Management System) Designer and Projects Manager, where my responsibilities included: Contributing to project acquisition and pricing by providing expertise. Selecting automation materials such as instrumentation and controllers. Developing BMS designs and sequence of operations. Overseeing project installations and providing technical support as needed.
