My day to day duties at Hickorys entail: • Supporting bartenders by keeping the bar area clean. • Restocking and organising • Replenishing beverages, ice and condiments. • Clearing tables • Managing inventory to ensure bar runs smoothly. • Interacting with customers when required. I have built great working relationships and communication skills within the team.

I have recently been working at Denton Reserve part time along side the maintenance manager. Denton reserve is a new hotel, so i have assisted with the opening of this. My duties have involved: • Setting up new rooms. Ensuring they are up to standard for guests to stay in. • Garden work, and keeping the grounds aesthetically pleasing. • Painting indoor and outdoor. • Building furniture to be used throughout the hotel and pub. This has allowed to me to gain confidence working in a team whilst learning different skills.
