To help process owner closing any non-conformities raised by QA Engineer after auditing. 2. Daily observe rejection tabulation data and discuss Root Cause Analysis and preventive, corrective action plan with other related department especially from Production and Engineering Department. 3. Participate in Value Analysis, Value Engineering(KAIZEN) activities to support continuous improvement plan. 4. Periodically conduct technical document review for Process Flow Chart, FMEA, Control Plan, In-process inspection to ensure linkages between them and process is under control according to what is stated in documents. 5. To raise Defective Countermeasure Request(Official complaint) to supplier if any quality issues regarding material receive. To verify incoming report , quality verification and rejection data before discussion with supplier. Project: PERODUA TRUST 2.0 PROGRAMME(TeSIAR REDUCTION SUPPLIER TRANSFORMATION) Overview: It is programme to reduce official customer complaint for selected parts 1. Survey, Audit and sampling inspection. To conduct internal pre-assesment and audit to ensure system and process are up to par in producing quality products. 2. To apply corrective measure for any non-conformance findings during the survey and audit 3. To evaluate 2D site drawing from surveyor and extract information to be key in radar(Sommer,Austria) water flow sensor. 2. Work together with other sub contractor in recording the data from sensor into Remote Telemetry Unit(Controlled by PLC and SCADA system) and make sure it will successfully send into DID server. 3. To plan for routine check and verification of the unit. Implement troubleshoot if necessary if the station was OFFLINE. Test & Measuring Instruments.
