Main functions consist of identifying, assessing, and mitigating the potential adverse impacts of projects on the environment and local communities. Providing support and oversight to ensure all investments in the region comply with IFI's environmental and social (E&S) requirements and objectives.

“Development of Yoshlik-1 deposit” Investment Project. Greenfield copper processing plant Construction Project: Total Value USD 2 billion. Supported Project relationships with government authorities and other key stakeholders.

Performed environmental risk management by providing technical input and advice to sub-projects and programs, ensuring operations compliance with the World Bank ESF, ESS, and safeguard policies.

Managed HSE issues and Safety Engineering in various stages of company projects. Ensured the compliance of engineering and construction design with the national and international industrial standards. Coordinated safety studies (HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, FERA) and environmental assessments (national EIA, bankable ESIA, Baseline Studies, etc). Involved Projects: M-25, Gas Processing Plant Construction Project, Gas to Liquid (GTL) Plant construction Project; Buhara MTO (Methanol to Olefin) GCC Plant Construction Project; Jizzakh Oil Refinery Construction Project, suspended at FEED stage; Samarkand Fertilizer Plant Construction Project; Solid Waste Recycling and Waste Water Treatment Facility Construction Project;

Was responsible for the corporate HSE compliance within the Company. Led the HSE team with 22 HSE Specialists under my direct report.

A greenfield Thermal Power Plant Construction Project (combined cycle with a capacity of 900 MW).

Was responsible for ensuring that quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations are truly embedded in the facilities and well sites of Schlumberger. Continuously involved in safety improvement programs and projects held by other locations of Schlumberger in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan.

Contributed to the improvement of operations and QHSE management system. Main work scope: Performing the company services to customers and monitoring daily field operations safety. Was responsible for the health and safety aspects. Localized and implemented the QHSE Management System per OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
