• Develop, implement and control mid- and long-term sourcing strategies for defined MPG`s based on vendor portfolio analysis • Define and steer the vendor allocation process for defined MPG`s - execute the mid/long term sourcing strategy in cooperation with Product Development and Buying • Research, monitor and analyse supply and sourcing markets to improve transparency, identifying new supply markets and sources as well as procurement related developments to optimize HUGO BOSS vendor portfolio and allocation • Define and control targets and KPI`s, as well as conclude, implement and track sub-strategies and methods within operationalization of Global Sourcing`s sourcing strategy • Regular meetings with vendors for all sourcing and planning related topics (e.g. communciation of yearly and seasonal planning) • Lead or participate in departmental/cross-departmental international and internal projects

Overseas Supply Chain Directorate- Overseas Business Development Manager • Create overseas supply strategies according to the annual corporate targets determined by the company • Create supply solutions for the regions responsible for by taking into account their merchandising/retail needs. • Develop individual business plans for each country. • Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities. • Collect and analyze data, translate into strategic and actionable insights for the business, develop recommendation for the business and build roadmap to execution. • Manage all development process and ensure compliance to government policies and regulations. • Assist businesses to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to enhance same. • Decide on the country based on the tax advantage, and direct different buying teams for production, considering the tax situations between countries. • Monitor KPIs such as order volume, quality, on-time loading in the countries responsible for, and ensure that necessary actions are taken properly. • Decide the appropriate procurement method for each country responsible for, use global procurement, local procurement, and inter-country direct shipment methods for cost efficiency and tax advantage. • In case where necessary for the establishment of the supply chain in countries in which responsible, personally visit those vendors and fabric mills. • Build foundation in product divisions’ management (e.g. menswear, womenswear) on business strategy, functional departments’ management (e.g. IT and logistics), the central and country commercial retail management.

Overseas Sourcing Directorate- Overseas Sourcing Manager • Manage Global Sourcing Strategies to execute purchases of products from factories overseas • Ensure that the selection of suppliers is in accordance with the company's principles. • Market Overseas production to maximize order placement opportunities for different buying groups. • Fulfill the tasks of Overseas Supply Chain Management and vendor selection. • Coordinate potential issues with suppliers and monitor and improve the supplier development process. • Monitor social standards within vendors. • Negotiate pricing with vendors to achieve pre-determined gross-margins. • Fulfill the tasks of Overseas Supply Chain capacity planning. • Maintain open lines of communication with vendors regarding pricing, quantity, etc. • Fulfill the tasks of required quality performance in overseas production and to ensure that goods are imported in time. • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers as well as building efficient long-term relationships. • Mentor and direct workflow of junior level staff.

Local Production Investments Directorate- Overseas Merchandiser • Fulfill the tasks of the required on time delivery performance , improve delivery times from Local production country to Local stores. • Maximize order placement opportunities for mandatory production. • Building trust between buying teams and factories. • Supporting related departments in International Retail / Logistics etc., to manage more effectively the “Local Shipping” process. • Fulfill the tasks of Overseas Supply Chain Management and vendor selection. • Determine future strategical plans (investment, financial support etc.) with the suppliers that have sustainable good evaluation. • Managing the agreed capacity usage. • Supporting buying teams in solving and / or approving quality and test problems. • Identify risks and opportunities and mitigate potential delays. • Monitoring the country wise labour and materials cost, economical and political risks closely and updating strategy regularly.

Sourcing-Sourcing Specialist • Follow up Turkey, Bangladesh, Egypt and China suppliers and their production and manage the active capacities and sourcing relations • Allocate the capacity of the suppliers according to the budget. • Fulfill the tasks of Supply Chain Management and vendor selection. • Pro-actively feed buying teams with competitive price opportunities and different sourcing routes. • Regularly update the latest situation of supply chain and the vendors and reporte them to the related Sourcing Manager. • Manage Supplier Agreements and related documentation for this product group. • Make sure all new suppliers receive up-to-date manuals, procedures and relevant memorandums. • Manage the agreed capacity usage together with buying teams. • Support category colleagues to develop and implement sourcing plans. • Monitor performance and KPIs with daily Asakai meetings.

Planning Specialist • Prepare the collection samples requested by the customers and prepare the costing sheet of samples. • Follow up the details of received orders, handle the booking of accessories, insert the necessary details to system in order to ship the orders in time with expected costs. • Follow up sourcing process of accessories and report them to sourcing admin in order to receive accessories within expected dates with requested quality standards. • Ensure that the production process and timetable phase movements are conducted in order to provide manufacturing in accordance with the created band plan.
