Responsible for initiating change by defining the needs and implement solutions that deliver value to stakeholders. These initiatives are either strategical, tactical or operational. One of these initiatives is implementing the new CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) platform and customizing it to suit the company. Main tasks: • Implementing CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) platform. • Establishing and leading the Assets Registration team. • Training the engineers and technicians on the platform and mobile app. • Troubleshooting & developing the system to fit the needs. • Define the procedures according to the new CAFM platform. • Adapting the analysis and KPIs reports into the platform.

• Updating policies and procedures based on scope of work. • Ensuring health and safety regulations are met at all times and by all parties. • Managing the day to day activities and tasks in different fields. • Performing regular site inspections. • Holding regular team meetings to ensure everyone is up-to-date with the latest developments in the organization, and addressing all issues or concerns. • Investigating in failure cases to eliminate or highlight the root causes of the problem. • Updating the checklists and forms needed for different types of work. • Preparing KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) full report, customer evaluation reports and performance reports for different departments or technicians. • Working closely with senior management to control the hidden and unnecessary expenses.
