Maret-2012 * Responsibility : * Monitoring all HSE activities in the field * Supervision the use of protective equipment for workers * Safety induction for guests, new workers, sub-contractor * Provide HSE training for employees and sub-contractors * Provide HSE monthly reports to be reported to Top management * Attending Tool Box Talk every morning in Project * Report investigations and incident reports. * Provide permit for hot work, cold work, convenience space etc. * Checking procedures for use of heavy equipment * Creating and installing sign boards, banners and check back periodic * Conduct simulated emergencies periodically * Training and use of fire hydrant APAR periodically to employees

* Client; Kangean Energy Indonesia, ENI, Total E&P Indonesie, Petrochina, Chevron, Salamander, CNOOC, Kodeco (PHE WMO), Medco, Santos, HESS, etc. * Foster the development of a high degree of safety thinking among the entire staff. * Hold meetings at regular intervals in which management and staffs have the opportunity of discussing safety relevant topics. * Provide the plant, and maintain the plant and the working methods such that they are safe and do not represent any health hazard for staff or other persons. * Provide sufficient means in order to ensure that all safety policy requirement and statutory requirement can be satisfied. * Provide all members of the staff with sufficient instructions, information, training and supervision in order to ensure their safety at work. * Verify all accident reports, and ensure that corrective actions have been taken that will prevent re-occurrence. * Inspect the plant site at regular intervals.
