As a Layout Technician / Land Surveyor in high-rise residential construction, some of my responsibilities include: 1. Provides vital information on-site for skilled trade workers to construct building elements accurately and efficiently, according to the technical drawings in the form of visual markers and templates. 2. Coordinating and working under pressure with various subtrades to solve on-site problems such as change orders, unforeseen weather, formidable site conditions and work error/missteps to ensure project deadlines are met. 3. Communicate with builders, GC foremen, and design inspectors to ensure accuracy and safety quality of the constructed elements. 4. Utilized a Total Station Surveying Equipment to ensure that all gridlines used to layout the construction on site are in accordance with the property line and dimensions given by the builder. 5. Reading and understanding technical drawings thoroughly such as architectural, structural, slab-edge, and shop drawings.

Coach of the U13 Dreamchaserzzz team. Lead players through strength & conditioning, individual skills, as well as core basketball team concepts.

· Design a 16-week off-season workout for the team, with a focus on injury prevention, longevity, and athletic development. This workout plan was to be designed so that the players could access them remotely, with very minimal specialized equipment so that it could be done in the average commercial gym space. The off-season workout plan was to be divided into 5 periodized phases. · Present and communicate the logic and reasoning behind each phase through a 60-minute live video call with the team. Answer any questions from the athlete or head coach and provide feedback. This was done at the beginning of every phase, and at the physical team training camp. · Monitor the progress of the athletes through an open line of communication (private to each athlete), available at any time to all athletes for the duration of the off-season.

Played in the USA Select Basketball Annual International Tour. Exhibition games and tournaments against BBL and NBL teams in the UK, and Malta professional basketball teams.

Supervise and manage the weekly intramural games for various sports. Resolve technical or personal conflicts within the games.

As a junior cost consultant at Hanscomb, some of my roles and responsibilities include: 1. Produced four different levels of cost estimate reports based on client inquiries (Class A-D). 2. Took initiative to seek design details when there is insufficient information given for an estimate report by communicating to multiple project stakeholders such as engineers, architects, and project managers. 3. Prioritized and managed multiple projects by organizing tasks, information, and inquiries by order of priority and importance methodically each according to its respective deadlines.
