-Develop and execute production schedules based on business demands -Maximize effectiveness of production team, equipment and materials to produce multi-line products within planned schedules while reducing costs -Manage high volume manufacturing of more than 4 products per month -Attain a sustained improvement of 5% in productivity over the last year -Develop and track cost improvement projects to reduce production costs by 5% -Increase production accuracy by 8% per product per year -Lead, develop and evaluate production staff of over 50 members. -Manage activities related to strategic purchasing to minimize operating expenses -Ensuring efficient and timely processing of fresh fruits with an aim of achieving high yield recoveries. -Control inventory and raw material handling; including monitoring stock of fresh Pulps. -Providing training to fresh fruits farmers in areas of Post-Harvest handling of fruits/vegetables. -Ensure safe work environment through implementation of safety awareness programs and compliance with OHSA -Design, implement and audit quality control processes -Develop technical documents including work instruction and procedure manuals -Manage scheduling of shipping dates for all incoming orders of fresh fruits in relation to production capacities. -Effectively lead, coach and develop a large work team to accomplish operational objectives -Identify, diagnose and resolve operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems within deadlines -Plan work flow, manage multiple priorities and meet daily production targets while consistently reducing downtime -Develop new procedures and processes to improve production accuracy -Set up health and safety audit procedures and improve safety efficiencies -To competently utilize Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC and related process improvement techniques to ensure cost-effective manufacturing process -To establish and maintain acceptable quality levels for all assigned products

-Ensuring that all processes needed for quality management system are established, implemented, documented and maintained in accordance with the standards. -Organizing and taking part in internal quality audits and report to management on the performance of the system for review to ensure adequacy of the system and any need for improvement. -Establishing and implementing a quality awareness course part of an induction training / orientation for the present and future staff. -Liaising and coordinating with external parties, management and all departments on all matters relating to Quality system. In collaboration with all departments: -Initiate action to prevent occurrence of non-conformity relating to product, process or quality system. -Recommend and provide solutions through designated channels. -Monitor and evaluate implementation of the system. -Taking charge of the Chemical / Microbiology Laboratory -Performing any other duties.
