Primary Purpose in HR • Manage and maintain the delivery of prompt, efficient and quality Personnel relations and HR services in the Kingdom within the parameters of the company policies, procedures and the Saudi Labor law. • Respect and uphold the TAMGO values, competency level, corporate objectives, duly demonstrating tolerance in dealing with people. • Oversee the Local Recruitment and HR functions and activities Kingdom wide • Develop and implement strategies and procedures to fill the vacant positions in the Kingdom for Saudi Apprentices and Local Expats. • Monitor the activities of those employees who receive ‘NI’ rating in the performance appraisal, especially for Saudi nationals, their attendance, punctuality, and investigate their severance notifications from the Departments. • Extend assistance to Regional HR and Admin Representative/Area Managers in the implementation of the Company policies and procedures and achieving the corporate objectives. • Undertake such additional duties as may be assigned by the General Manager Primary Purpose in Admin • Efficient running of the Admin Dept. with commitment to excellence, respect and uphold the values of PD&A competency level, demonstrating tolerance in dealing with people. • Provide quality personnel service to other Departments and sister companies within the parameters of the company policies, and the Saudi Labor Law. • Maintain high standards of conduct and character. • Undertake such additional duties as may be assigned by the General Manager.

• Supervise and maintain Personnel Administration procedures as per Company and Labor Law. • Assist Management in the implementation of Company policies and integration of the Department functions with other functions in the Company, in achieving corporate objectives. • Carry out administrative tasks pertinent to employee's of the company in line with the Company policies and procedures, and Labor Law. • Maintain Accuracy of employee's information in all records.
