- Leading a team of engineers and specialists to deliver efficient, cost-effective manufacturing processes. - Overseeing RFQ activities including feasibility analysis, cost estimation, and CAPEX development. - Driving strategic improvements across production lines through KPI analysis and lean methodologies. - Managing new lines setup, layout design, and process validation to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Estimation of production costs and build the capex during the RFQ activities . - Analysis the technical package and assess the feasibility - Developement the manufacturing process ( equipment, lay out, resources...) - Developement of new and improved processes for manufacturing - Leadership of PFMEA workshops - Evaluation of processes and equipment - Design of plant equipment layout - Contribution in PPAP activities. - Monitoring of the process performance and implementation the improvements to meet objectives - Establishment of procedures and work instructions - Training and support to staff of processes and systems

- Implementation of Martur Fompak production system for operations excellence - Improvement of different functions methods - Definition of improvement projects of work standards - Implementation of workplace organization - Cost reduction workshops - Plant KPIs improvement

- Preparation of control ranges for parts in the warehouse’s reception - Conduction of the short action plans to solve issues detected in plant - Industrialization of new parts - Assurance of quality’s convergence in the plant - Animation of Supplier’s quality - Animation of PPAP progress meetings with Part leader, Supplier Developpement, and Supplier - Realisation of quality transfer of parts according to PPAP Process - Setup of a Roller Bench for vehicule performances testing - Animation of follow up of KPI’s Roller Bench

- Study of customer’s specifications & definition of process - Definition of lay-out and material flows - Follow-up of the installation of ergonomic equipment and accessories - Elaboration of Production’s workstations process - Balancing of work stations, and continious improvement - Analysis, feasibility study and implementation of changes
