($7,930,000.00) * Coordinating with lands department in getting crossing agreements from counties, adequate easements & ROW approvals from irrigators, land swap agreements, preparation of plats etc. * Review and approval of engineering drawings and ensuring that inlet & outlet channels and structure into the reservoir, supporting the pipelines and flow of water to the pump house are correctly installed. * Effectively estimating the quantity of gravel required for installation of 1 km pipeline to the reservoir. * Engaging with approved vendors for the supply and delivery of sliding gates & overshot leaf gates / solar powered remote-control panels for the operation of the inlet and outlet equipment / gates on schedule. * Requesting vendor info., distributing RFQs, evaluating quotes, and approving purchase order awards. SECONDARY C-CANAL INLINE CONTROLS (IRP) PROJECT. QATAR PETROLEUM MESAIEED REFINERY UPGRADE, DRAINAGE & WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT PROJECT. * Anchored squad checks, 30% design review, 60% review, 90% design review and constructability review for the department incorporating feedback into HAZID and HAZOP presentation for the project. * Initiated and implemented the use of vendor checklist to be attached as an appendix on equipment engineering requisitions prepared to reduce technical query time during Technical Bid Evaluation. * Reviewed / approved requisitions and RFQ’s prepared by the team in accordance with client approved vendor’s list before sending out thereby decreasing RFI queries from vendors by 62%.
