Project Management: - Project Manager for new ATM solutions and projects. - Project Implementation on test environment. - Monitor pilot performance of the project. - Coordinate roll-out on production. - Quick rollback where required. Terminal Management: - Configure newly deployed terminals on Postilion. - Profile users on ATM-related applications (iSuite, Tando, etc.). - Reconcile open and bank pending calls for vendors on a daily basis. - Provide support to custodians and CEs for FLM (First Level Maintenance) and backend issues. Uptime and Maintenance: - Maintain at least 99% ATM uptime. - Ensure vendors resolve fault logs within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and follow up on aged logs. - Collaborate with ATM custodians, vendors, and the network team to maintain targeted uptime. - Ensure transaction journals and footage recordings are functioning properly. - Configure terminals with approved denominations. - Spool transaction journals and footage as required. Vendor Management: - Escalate and close issues on the vendor portal timely. - Schedule and conduct monthly vendor meetings. - Track and provide updates, and resolution on bank pending issues. - Obtain approval for invoices related to ATM part replacements and treat payment. Support Role: - Weekend support for over 400 terminals of various brands (Wincor, NCR, Hyosung, GRG). for ROA - Weekend support for over 2000 terminals - Nigeria and rest of Africa. Application Support: - iSuite - Tando - MoniManager - Terminal Manager Security Measures: - Install Crowdstrike and Safelocks on terminals to prevent vulnerabilities. - Install Windows patches to mitigate vulnerabilities. - Collaborate with the security team to monitor ATM against cyber attacks - Install ATM applications for monitoring purposes.

Regional Lead for all ATM support staffs handling ATM Support, Deployment, and Activation within Lagos Mainland region

Manages IT and network equipment plus branch servers.
