While my experience spans multiple disease areas, my primary focus has been oncology, particularly solid tumors. I have worked extensively in competitive intelligence, scientific and conference surveillance, and physician-led primary research. Ultimately, this allowed me to develop a strong foundation in clinical data analysis, cross-trial interpretation, and evidence synthesis to support strategic decision-making across drug development and commercialization.

• Developing a novel measure of electoral volatility by integrating multi-level administrative election data to facilitate the identification of causal effects, aiming to reduce bias inherent in traditional indices. • Leverage data structure manipulation and string distance-based fuzzy matching to harmonize records across multiple country-year election pairs.

• Study the effects of Hsp90b inhibitors on MAST1-mediated cisplatin resistance lung cancer. • Undergraduate research assistant in the Biological Screening and Development Core Facility directed by Dr. Aktar Ali

• Perform longitudinal analysis of the National Electronic Health Records Survey (NEHRS) data from 2018 to the present. Conduct literature reviews and market research to understand major EHR vendors and their respective telemedicine technology. • Study the impact of relevant metrics and characteristics found in the survey on physicians' EHR use and satisfaction, including telemedicine technology issues, practice ownership, documentation burden, EHR vendor choice. Supervised by Professor John Lalor in the Mendoza College of Business. • Aggregate data for descriptive statistics report, compilation of data figures, and perform relevant statistical tests.

• Characterize the impact of novel YAP/TAZ inhibitors on the fibrotic activation of pulmonary fibroblasts. Present work at the Mayo Clinic's Summer Research Poster Session • Techniques learned: Cell culture, Western blotting, immunocytochemistry, viability/cytotoxicity assay, qPCR, RNA isolation, etc. Other skills include maintaining lab notebooks, manuscript writing, recording protocols, and scientific presentation. • Attended weekly seminars led by Mayo Clinic Graduate School faculty members across different departments including Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Virology and Experiments, etc.

• Collaborate in a team of five to propose a strategic plan for Memorial Hospital to optimize performance and enhance revenue by a net opportunity of $22 million. • Analyze hospital throughput spreadsheets to compile and compare KPIs for trend identification and solution formulation. Recommendations include the implementation of Fast Track system in ER, reconfiguration of a COVID-19 medical unit, and the adaptation of electronic health record in lieu of the current EMR. The total revenue captured was $7.9 mil. • Achieved first place out of eight participating teams.

• Full-time live-in care assistant at Greatfull House, L’Arche community for 6 Core members with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities (IDDs) based in Jacksonville. • Assistants are trained as qualified caregivers to provide direct support for Core Members in activities of daily living, financial management, licensing documentation, and transportation. Completed a capstone project on how L'Arche Jacksonville can enhance its staff retention and new recruitment rate. • This opportunity was granted by Notre Dame's Center of Social Concerns via successful application to the Summer Service Learning Program, endowed by Sargento Scholarship.
