I manage automation projects end-to-end — from planning and resource alignment through site execution, commissioning, and handover — with accountability for schedule, quality, and delivery outcomes. My role extends beyond technical coordination into production planning, manpower management, and cross-functional execution. On a day-to-day basis, I collaborate closely with engineering, production, management, and external partners to translate project requirements into workable, on-site reality. I am frequently involved in resolving installation constraints, aligning resources under tight timelines, and ensuring that systems perform reliably in real operating conditions — not just on paper.
