1.JOB SUMMARY Provide procurement services throughout the organization, with a focus on the Plant to provide their requirements in terms of materials, supplies, spare parts and others from foreign countries 2.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS · Manage all related issues of foreign purchasing process (orders, deliveries, claims) from foreign suppliers with managing all import activities. · Conduct monthly reports for raw material and keep monitor stock level and suppliers deliveries on daily basis to support production plan by getting the material on time in-full. · Report the raw material orders status to the management. . Create and manage business relation with raw material local suppliers at senior level with guidance & support from management to guarantee acceptable stock level with delivery savings. · Coordinate with banks to ensure the necessary payments means and process related to imported goods. · Follow up the order process till receiving the goods at the warehouse including all related logistics and monitor delivery date. · Manage and monitor order delivery process indentifying means of reducing costs related to processes and implementing changes required.
