• Monitor well performance and data management. • Design completion systems, tubing selection, perforating, sand control, matrix stimulation and hydraulic fracturing. • Manage budgets and timelines of projects. • Assess and analyze current production methods and well production strategy to optimize production. • Coordinate well control and interventions operations. • Ensuring up to date well models and possesses the ability to model challenging well conditions with ability to provide recommendations for production improvement. • Develop and maintain well data and performance history of the wells. • Lead the well surveillance process to identify and carry out production improvement opportunities on wells, facilities, and operations. • Lead periodic wells reviews with production engineers, geologists, and field personnel. • Routinely review shut-in wells to ascertain causes of shut-in and proffer solutions to restoring well back on production.
