I'm an experience manufacturing Manager in Semiconductor Industry, with Lean System experience that include KIP (Ketachigai Improvement Plan), Kaizen, machine efficiency (UOEE), improving productivity and problem solving methodology. Result orientated person with 20 years of experience who strives for the very best in the work assignment given. I perform a lot of research to understand any process better as I believe that knowledge is “power” to everything that we do and the experience that I gain throughout the years is applicable to other industries or any business model. I am a qualified panel trainer from Ministry of Human Resource for their Train The Trainer program and a competent trainer for motivation, strategy and LEAN Manufacturing program.
