* RESPONSIBILITIES: * Specialized in Cashiering transactions, entertain customer problem, membership application * Assist fellow Operation Executives through daily administration during operation hours * Dealing with customer inquiries and solved problems without supervision by the executives * Ensure all transaction run smoothly and avoid encounter system problem, seek solution to rectify the problems

Monitor Everyday Money turnover and able to do excellent Back Office Routine. Practice and Train all employees regarding Routine & Procedures implement by company and ensure they follow then all the time. Monitor staff attendance and process Salary Payment and ensure the correct calculation salary to payroll Department. Implement and Practice The Loss and Prevention Program to all Managers and Sales Advisors. Ensure all documents were kept in properly secured and manageable. Monitor all staff performances and Guide them to achieve their upcoming goals.
