As a Production Engineering Specialist at Şölen, one of the leading confectionery companies in Turkey, I apply lean manufacturing expertise to optimize the production processes and ensure the quality and safety of the products. I have 4.5+ years of experience as a process engineer at Şölen, where I have contributed to the improvement of the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the operations. I have also gained valuable skills in FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), which help me to identify and eliminate potential risks and defects in the production cycle. Before joining Şölen, I worked as a food engineer at the Turkish Army for one year, where I was responsible for the inspection and analysis of the food supplies and the implementation of the hygiene and sanitation standards. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Cukurova Unıversity , where I learned the fundamentals of food science, technology, and engineering. I am passionate about developing innovative and sustainable solutions for the food industry, and I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques to enhance my professional development.
