Ability to do troubleshooting and process maintenance Understand the correlation of target configuration and process adjustment needed. Knowledge of different types of troubleshoots and head used in test machines. Understand the importance of test machine, able to interpreted test data and able to do process adjustment for the test data improvement. Ability to detect any process abnormalities/drifted and able to react accordingly. Understand the concept of low and high product yield and able to maintain the concept as required. Understand the concept of clean room, class of clean room and specific guidelines working in clean room. Additional task is working closely with training department to train industrial trainees on their Practical projects and preparing manual and presentations based on department’s process. Assist Specialist Engineer in improving product yield and carried out countermeasure for line. Study test production and manufacturing disk process by level. Need to buy off data, result, tester and equipment before trigger engineer after found abnormal sequence. Train new hire Manufacturing Tech/Manufacturing Tech Specialist to observe line practice/procedure/work job
