As a Planning and Procurement Engineer in the Product Qualification Department at Delta Corporation, my responsibilities include managing product qualification project timelines from the initiation of OEM products in the R&D department, developing fixtures and equipment required for validating the product and ensure timely material coordination. Allocating Loading plan for R&D lab on assembly and testing based on project deadlines. Responsible for developing R&D test lab facilities and procuring tools, equipment, and other necessary resources. Involved in installation and commissioning of PR2F Test machine. Been working on product qualification in accordance with API 6A Annex F for Wellhead and Christmas tree equipment's such as casing hangers, hold down screws, gate valves, and swivel adapters for low-pressure requirement. Coordinating with suppliers regarding the qualification of FS Seals and S Seals, as well as managing test schedules and material logistics. I ensure material availability for testing, oversee budget follow-ups, and coordinate with the Quality Team and Third-Party Inspectors (TPI) for inspections. Additionally, I manage the planning and procurement of goods and services required for validation engineers during testing.

As a Project Engineer, Responsibilities involve managing the orders that include repair and recertification of API 6A products to ensure compliance with industry standards. Direct engagement with customers on weekly basis on project reports and updates. Defining process routers based on customer scope of work involved creating detailed workflows to enhance operational efficiency of production processes. In charge of determining Material Requirements Planning (MRP 1) and Machine Loading plan based on requirements and project deadline. Closely liaised with the Production Team, Quality Team, and Special process Team to ensure product deliverables are delivered on time and meet Quality requirements. Customers handled: Cameron Al Rushaid, Baker Hughes, SRI Energy, Sinopec. Product standards: API 6A Recertification.

Responsibilities include serving as the Product Group Materials Planner for quarter-turn valves Ball Valves and Butterfly Valves, ensuring material availability to meet production schedules. Managing orders following up from BOM releases, Timely release of Purchase Requisitions and overseeing inventory levels to prevent stockouts. Also, closely follow-up with purchasing ensures on-time material delivery. Initiating actions for engineering changes ensures integration into the production process, supporting overall operational efficiency ensuring meeting quality standard. Product standards: API 602, API 598, API 6A

Major responsibilities include Materials Requirements Planning (MRP I),Inventory Management and Control, ensuring efficient material availability and optimal stock levels. Liasing with Supply chain Team ensuring the material deliverables on time, demand forecast on long lead time items. Managed Reorder Levels and Safety Stocks to prevent stockouts and excess inventory. Involved in Project Management for New product development NPD, overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines. Product standards: API 6A, 16A, 16C & 17D
