I have been in classrooms long enough to know that most learning does not stick.Not because the content is wrong. Because the design is.I work in instructional design and learning and development, building programmes that are structured enough to deliver results and human enough to actually land. My background is in education, eight years across international schools in Shanghai, but the skills are the same ones corporate L&D runs on. Needs analysis. Programme architecture. Facilitation. Feedback loops. Getting people from where they are to where they need to be.I have designed teacher professional development programmes from scratch, built scaffolded learning experiences for diverse adult learners, and created assessment frameworks that measure what actually matters. I do not just deliver content. I design for transfer.I recently completed the Decolonised Play Pack, a practical learning resource built on the principle that context matters in any room, not just classrooms.
