I am working working in PMC company as a HSE Manager and 3 EPC company working under my company and their HSE managers reporting to me. We have no direct connection with sub-contractor and their worker. My company is UK base MNC and mostly Managers are British and I like to work with them because they are treating very gently. My Boss is also very nice and supportive man, I like to work in this atmosphere. Our HSE culture is no Blame culture just like Shell petroleum Culture.

Implementing client’s safety rules and regulations and company’s safety program, inspecting and maintaining all fire and safety equipment at site, inspecting vehicles used in the project for ensuring compliance of client vehicular safety standard, carrying out job safety analysis making reports and ensuring that the work permit system is followed, also conducting regular tool box talk, safety meeting and submitting reports. Daily gas testing and report maintaining. Maintain all inspection checklists weekly or monthly. Conducting industrial hygiene surveys and monitoring work place environmental and health conditions.

I am the acting HSE manager here. Many subcontractor working under me mostly they are working in civil work, Mechanical my company is doing under Technimont and JGC join venture. Its fully desert area.
