Responsible for any HR concerns of Waltermart direct employees inside the supermarket. Responsible for the timekeeping and payroll of cashiers, merchandisers, security guards, and utilities of the supermarket. Evaluates for the renewal of contracts of merchandisers, and issues medical referrals once they are renewed. Responsible for the monitoring & maintaining of the facilities of the supermarket including pests control and coordination with the mall admin manager. Assists employees inside the supermarket during emergency cases. Responsible for selling and accepting payment for empty cartons and any for-sale items from the store with the hauler. Coordination with the head office in Quezon City and attends monthly HR/Admin meetings. Monthly Inventory of store office & pantry supplies. Monthly reports of the plantilla of employees including Waltermart direct employees, cashier, merchandisers, security guards, and utilities.

Ensure that the end products of our department will be sealed and covered so that it will be transferred in good condition during its next process. Responsible for inspecting or checking the product before releasing it to the next process.

Responsible for reaching the targeted output per day. Ensures the good quality of products that are being produced.
