Ahmad Porkar-Aghdam founded Roxcel GmbH in 1993. Since then the company has become a world renowned paper and board merchant. The take over of Raccolta, Molnar & Greiner GmbH in 1996 further consolidated its market position. With the acquisition of two paper mills, Brigl & Bergmeister in Austria and Papirnica Vevce in Slovenia in 2011, the Roxcel Group further expanded its interests to include manufacturing.
