• Preparation of data sheet for customer requirements ISO (Internal Sales Order) Specification of Printing machines. • The Project required to conduct duties using CAD tool PTC Creo 4.0 and AutoCad. • Preparation of BOM & 3D Models Drafting & Parameters for machines and related components. • To create the Layout for Printing Machine by Using AutoCad. • Perform Tolerance stack up for machinery components. • Perform calculations, analyses to verify the designs. • Perform various other duties as assigned by the managers.

• Preparation of proposal drawing for control valves using Solid works 2022. • Responsible for Design & Calculations, 3D Modeling &Drafting BOM for Knife Edge Gate Valves & Control Valves • Perform Tolerance stack up and detailed 2D drawings for Manufacturing • Understands the design language and can convert them into a workable design • New Product Development as per Design Input, Plan, Verification & Validation release of final drawings. • Well versed with Valve Standards like ASME B 16.5 for Pipe Flanges & Flanged Fittings, ASME B 16.34 for Flanged, Threaded & Welding End, MSS SP 81, ASME Section 2 Part D for Mechanical Properties of materials. • Preparation and generating of Bill of Material in Manual & Automation

1. As a faculty I was responsible for preparing students with theoretical and practical knowledge in the CAD software applications in the various stages of product development. 2. I was also responsible for setting up tanning exercises for students as part of course and also assist students as needed in the training lab.

• Preparing and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc. • Understanding specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc., • Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines • Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications • Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts • Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result • Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly • Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
