Ayushman Bajpayee

I am a passionate and driven software engineer with a strong background in computer science and hands-on experience in fast-paced startup environments. I completed my Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Lucknow, where I maintained a CGPA of 8.5/10. Currently, I work as a Software Engineer-1 at Saison Omni, a fintech company in Bangalore. Here, I build and maintain a comprehensive Loan Management System, handling services such as disbursal, allocation, payment, and repayment. I take pride in developing robust APIs, resolving production-level issues, and contributing to the design and implementation of microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and various database systems including Postgres and NoSQL. Before this, I served as an SDE Intern at AiDash in Bangalore, where I was part of the mobile development team for the IVMS App. In that role, I helped develop several production features using Kotlin, XML, Mapbox, and CouchbaseDB, working with satellite data and AI to improve vegetation management and asset inspections. I have also led and contributed to various projects that demonstrate my technical skills and innovative mindset. For example, I developed a Corporate Ride Booking application that automated ride scheduling for corporate employees, achieving a 25% cost savings through efficient route calculations using the Floyd-Warshall algorithm. Additionally, I was part of a hackathon-winning team for a project called Community Transactions—a decentralized application that enables community-based bulk ordering using blockchain technology, smart contracts, and a modern tech stack including ReactJS and Moralis. I continuously challenge myself by engaging in competitive programming and coding contests. I secured the All India Rank 1 in HackOFiesta v3.0 at IIIT Lucknow, achieved a specialist rating on Codeforces (1429), and have solved over 1,000 problems on LeetCode along with many on GFG. These experiences have honed my problem-solving abilities, leadership, and teamwork skills. I am proficient in languages like Java, C++, JavaScript, and Kotlin, and I am skilled in technologies such as HTML, CSS, Spring Boot, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and MySQL. My core interests lie in data structures and algorithms, and I continue to grow both my technical expertise and soft skills through diverse challenges and team collaborations.
