Supporting the HR Business Partnering by working closely with the Response business function to align people initiatives with business priorities. Managing the end-to-end execution of the STEP Program, including coordination, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication. Actively involved in the governance of Total Rewards and Performance Management Systems (PMS), supporting execution, tracking effectiveness, and identifying improvement areas.

• Coordinating the end-to-end process of campus placements, from pre-placement talks to final selections. • Reaching out to organizations to explore potential hiring opportunities and collaborations. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with companies and industry leaders. • Assisting fellow students in preparing for interviews, networking, and securing their dream roles. • Organizing corporate events such as guest lectures, workshops, and seminars.
