As an MSc in Microbiology with a passion for blending science with business, I have seamlessly transitioned into the world of Human Resources and Marketing. My career journey began in a consultancy firm, where I worked closely with diverse clients across industries such as IT, manufacturing, and BFSI. In my role, I spearheaded campus recruitment, job fairs, and cultural events, taking on the responsibility of handling major projects and managing the company’s social media presence. After gaining valuable experience in HR and operations, I transitioned into the healthcare sector, where I currently serve as the HR & Marketing Manager at a prominent hospital. In this managerial position, I oversee all aspects of the hospital's social media strategies, focusing on digital marketing, while also managing critical HR functions, including recruitment, induction, training, policy compliance, and payroll. My strong foundation in science, combined with hands-on experience in HR and marketing, has empowered me to contribute to the success of healthcare organizations, ensuring efficient operations and strong brand presence. I'm passionate about leveraging my diverse skill set to drive impactful change within the healthcare industry and beyond.
