• Spearheaded hiring across levels — from SDE-1s to AD roles in backend — for business units like MMT Flights & Trip Money. • Pioneered initiatives such as Interview Prep Guidelines for candidates and custom Invite Templates integrated within Darwinbox ATS. • Drove GenAI hiring, successfully closing Data Scientist roles from Lead to Principal level. • Gained strong exposure to compensation structures, stock options, and business models across MakeMyTrip. • Championed a seamless, data-driven, and memorable candidate experience end-to-end.

• Played matchmaker for a multitude of tech roles — with a special love for SDEs & SREs across levels, from fresh code whisperers to seasoned system ninjas. • Partnered with hiring managers like a talent GPS — helping forecast, plan, and close business-critical roles before they became “urgent.” • Took org-wide ownership of all things Site Reliability Engineering — because keeping systems reliable needs reliable hiring too. • Dabbled beyond my comfort zone and closed roles in Data Engineering, iOS, ML, and Backend — basically, a one-stop shop for tech talent. • Juggled and managed top-notch recruitment partners/vendors — turning them into secret weapons for scaling teams faster.

• Supported the end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement gathering, sourcing, and offer coordination. • Gained practical exposure to sourcing through LinkedIn, Internshala, and Webtree ATS. • Partnered with the Talent Acquisition team on candidate sourcing and interview scheduling. • Contributed to hiring across tech (SDE, SDET, Data Analyst interns) and non-tech roles (Sales, SEO Content Writers, BDAs, BDMs).

• Gained exposure to MIS creation on the Paytm Payment Gateway. • Received training on Salesforce and Key Account Management activities. • Assisted in client follow-ups for Payment Gateway-related requirements.
