Smartchoice Solutions is a full service IT Consulting & Staffing organization which combines outstanding Contract and Permanent recruitment services with the ability to bid for, plan and deliver small to medium scale IT projects in areas such as Software Development, Cloud, Agile, Digital, DevOps, Mobile (iOS/Android), Project & Programmer management and Cards/Payments • Overall assisting the UK/Poland/Bulgarian team with any post placement activities. • Preparing and sending contract/employment paperwork, Background checks, chasing candidates and client documents, Onboarding of the candidates • Liaising with the consultant to gather the company information of the contractor and feeding • information on Bullhorn and syncing it with ETZ portal • (portal where we need to create assignments for the contractors to sign, upload documents, put in their timesheets and the finance team process payments with the data) • Communicating with the contractors/employees and ensuring that they have signed the paperwork on time and uploaded the relevant documents on the portal. • Ensuring that all the queries of the contractors are solved regarding the agreement or the process of onboarding with SmartChoice or any end client. • Amending the contracts if need be, post approval from the consultants in the UK team. • As per the instruction from the end client gather information for the required background checks, validate the documents and send ahead to the point of contact at the end client. • Preparing client side’s contract paperwork and send to the consultant or to the end client as instructed by the account manager.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments. • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff. • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks. • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position. • Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates. • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible. • Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references.
