I started my journey in engineering, completing my B.Tech in CSE and spending 3.5 years at HCLTech as a senior software engineer for a global telecom client. My role taught me how systems work, how teams work, and how people shape outcomes far more than code does. Somewhere along the way, I realised I was drawn more to solving people problems than technical ones. That curiosity led me to pursue an MBA in HR at SCMHRD Pune. Today, I’m exploring how organisations function, what drives people at work, and how thoughtful HR can make businesses stronger. Outside the classroom, painting and yoga keep me grounded and remind me to stay disciplined and creative in everything I do.
