• l am involved in end-to-end recruitment with E-commerce/IT companies and start-up's PAN India. • My daily task includes building pipelines and a network of candidates through sourcing with tools such as Linkedin, Linkedin X-Ray Search, Naukri, and Boolean String search. • Scheduling interviews of candidates and closely follow-up. • Currently hiring for SDE-I/2/3 (Engineers-Frontend/Backend), Quality Analyst, Data Engineers, DevOps, IOS and Android developers, Principal Engineers, and Engineering Managers.
