Verify their credentials and check their ID to ensure reliability and quality.  Analyse market trends and demands when choosing suppliers to ensure alignment with consumer preferences and technological advancements.  Develop the necessary applications for the smart watches and conduct regression testing to ensure compatibility and functionality across various devices.  Collaborate with manufacturers to finalize the design and specifications of the smart watches and TWS earbuds, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.  Oversee the assembly process and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with Indian manufacturers to ensure smooth production and adherence to protocols.  Implement a system for daily defect analysis to identify and address any issues promptly, working towards achieving kit closure for each product batch.  Launch the smart watches and TWS earbuds into the market, conducting thorough marketing and promotional activities to maximize exposure and sales.

 Responsible for Product development and introduction of wearables, hearables, Laptops, Mobile, IT accessories for various brands  Responsible for flawless launch of new products and monitoring the product quality till EOL  Proactive planning of activities to meet/beat matched pair objectives  Identify business and operational requirements based on objectives of the product – lead meetings with customer to meet the product changes on time and new product introduction  Responsible for test protocols (Reliability and performance) development, DVT, EVT, PVT & MP validation  Product safe launch along with smoothly driving project charter and solving the dynamic problems/opportunities faced during the product introduction in real time.  Continuous follow up with Brand to crunch the project timelines, understand the gaps and work proactively for solve  Product Risk assessment and Risk mitigation based on testing result and FMEA to take the critical decision  NPI trackers for Brands and ensure commercial release on time and volumes  8D closures for problem faced and update PFMEA/DFMEA Basis on learning  Work closely with testing laborites to maintain and ensure all testing follows  Customer satisfaction by ensuring great serviceability and customer oriented mind driven services for ease of access and easy understanding  Responsible to meet management requirement to achieve factory efficiency to achieve desired profit.  Handle all engineering task in terms of factory assets requirement, cost calculation of new projects and allocation of present assets to meet customer requirement.  Handling the testing parameters and Aesthetic guide to meet market requirement and help to freeze specification in manufacturing units to meet the criteria.

 Work closely with production management to develop production strategies and systems that improve manufacturing performance  Execute capital improvements and technology vision improvements in a cost-effective means  Provide technical support to Production and Plant Engineering on daily operational issues  Provide direction and coordination between large projects and the technical execution plan  Works with operations to improve safety, yield, and uptime.  Monitor the Production Yield rate for All Models to achieve Target .  To Work Closely With the Quality Team for Ensuring Better Standard Products.  Implement Rework Strategies to Reduce Defect Rate.  Promote and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity  Provide appropriate support of CAD related activities to the departments of the company as per the requirements

 Generate parts, jigs and fixtures used in Tier 1 companies, OBM & OEM; coordinating with the team members  Developing New Products and coordinating with the customer.  Formulate Sheet Metal Mass Production Parts as per client requirements  Provide direction and coordination between large projects and the technical execution plan  Execute CAD Surface & Solid Modelling (Unigraphics NX 11.0).  Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates  Promote and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity  Provide appropriate support of CAD related activities to the departments of the company as per the requirements
