Other than that, also handled the obsolete stock to maintain effective inventory management and work closely with the importation team to ensure seamless international operations of the cross-border trade.

In charge of 1SS operations team, including but not limited to formulating standard operating procedures and documentation for e-retailers, covering aspects such as process flows, timelines, returns, seller penalties, external platform programs, and incident reporting.

Responsible for leading the Buying Operations Team at Zalora Indonesia in identifying and implementing process improvements, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs. Also in charge of mentoring team members and fostering collaboration across departments to achieve strategic goals.

Lead strategic collaboration to optimize inventory control and oversee coordination with the finance team to streamline the payment process. Also, drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Buying Operations Team at Zalora Indonesia, focusing on enhancing efficiency and reducing costs through innovative process enhancements and data-driven decision-making.

Collaborated closely with the buying planning team to ensure smooth inventory control and coordinated with the finance team to manage the payment process. Additionally, led ongoing reviews, formulation, and execution of improvements to the current processes in the Buying Operations Team at Zalora Indonesia, aiming to reduce costs and maximize efficiency.

Conduct reviews, analyze data, and develop plans and strategies for regional development. Also, collaborate closely with local governments to assess and prepare documentation for spatial and infrastructure plans.

Conducted research on "Resilience: A Comparative Study between Nangroe Aceh Darussalam, Indonesia, and Tohoku, Japan, in the Aftermath of Severe Natural Disasters." This study compared the recovery processes—social, physical, and ecological—of Aceh, Indonesia, and the Tohoku region of Japan, both of which experienced significant damage from tsunamis.

Focuses on the issues of urban development, real estate, housing, and city futures in the globalising world. The urbanisation issue, creation of space and place also taken into account. The dissertation that has undertaken focuses on the impact of Inclusionary Zoning in affordable housing provision, which takes Jakarta as a case study.

Develop plans and programs for the use of land, infrastructure, communities, accommodate growth in cities, towns, countries, and metropolitan areas. The bachelor thesis deals with the principle of development area based on the concept of TOD (Transit Oriented Development) in Bandung.
