Completed Projects; Ege Yakası Project Sancaktepe Aydos Country Project  Managed all tenders and contracts.  Performed all contracts and addendums in ERP System.  Reported all tender evaluations to Assistant General Manager.

Completed Project; Marmaray Project Contract CR3 Gebze - Halkalı Commuter Rails Upgrading: Civil & Electrical & Mechanical Systems  Depending on the Procurement Manager, coordinated tender and contract activities and supported to the sites from head office.  Prepared the request for proposal, bill of quantities, work schedules and scope of works; search the market and contact with the subcontractors, suppliers and consultants; get quotations; prepare the comparison tables and award the subcontractors, suppliers and consultants; prepare the contracts in accordance with the project requirements.  Performed tender and contract activities of head office in SIC (Procurement ERP System).  Supported cost control and finance departments by reporting the signed contract prices and approved work schedules.  Controlled and coordinated the performance bonds to be received from the subcontractors and suppliers, to deliver them to finance department.  Reported monthly stamp tax declaration of the signed contracts to the finance department.  Analyzed subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to compare their performances with key performance data.  Coordinated and monitored all the subcontractors for provisional and final acceptance certificates.

Completed Projects; Buyaka Shopping Center Project, Istanbul Arkas Holding, Orhanli Logistic Center Project, Izmir Baku Hotel Project, Baku Enka Schools Sports Center Project, Istanbul  Designed the structural formwork plans by using the architectural plans.  Analyzed reinforced concrete and steel structure calculations via tools like SAP 2000 and ETABS in accordance with Codes.  Prepared reinforced and steel structural drawings by using calculation datas.  Controlled the construction site in compliance with the analysis and codes.
