I lead the development and execution of Anadolu Sigorta’s data strategy, overseeing the architecture, management, and sustainability of our data warehouse and ETL processes. I enable business units to make insight-driven decisions through advanced data analysis and dashboard-based visualization solutions, while managing the full lifecycle of regulatory reporting. In addition to coordinating enterprise-wide data governance, compliance, and data security standards as the company’s Data Officer, I focus on delivering high-impact AI-driven solutions tailored for the insurance industry. These include fraud detection models, dynamic pricing algorithms, customer analytics, and process optimization models for healthcare claims and authorization systems. I was responsible for guiding the Project and Change Management Office. I adeptly handled the company's IT budget and spearheaded the Business Analysis, Implementation, and Test Management processes in insurance domains. I was responsible for managing the Analysis and Test Teams of the Core Insurance platforms, as well as overseeing an ongoing transformation project in collaboration with multinational IT groups across Turkey, Europe, and India.
