Project Management and Support Activities: • Managing and supporting the project teams to ensure that project is achieving it’s targets (scope, budget) within the agreed timeframes, • Ensuring continuous communication and coordination between all stakeholders in a timely manner, • Managing, creating and following schedules, plans and reports using MS Project and MS Excel and delivering project tasks, • Tracking, reporting milestones, deliverables and achievements, • Using application to follow Agile projects’s sprints like Trello, • Controlling project budgets, • Observing Risks & Issues and managing risk and issue logs, • Arranging regular meetings and actions and regular monitoring of actions with all concerned parties. (minutes of meeting), • Ensuring an accessible documents archieve for projects activities, keeping them up to date and building standarts for documentation. Reporting Activities at PMO: • Preparing and presenting project’s evaluation reports at weekly PMO’s meeting and publishing specific reports which requested by Executives, • Ensuring that projects are initiated, monitored and regularly reported through the entire project management process and providing essential reporting needed according to international project management standarts and methodologies, • Specifying project management process and ensuring accurate execution, • Monitoring compliance with project management standards, policies, procedures and templates of projects.

Lecture credict obligations has been complited. Due to emerged regulations about time restriction (MS), thesis couldn't be started.
