AS/ 400 system operator + technical support for PC users of WINDOWS programs and nets

* Planner: * Sample generation and screening owner – responsible for the process of preparing CPU's, Locking and sending them according to the client's need and request. * Technical Leader: * Focal point for all clients' questions in the system * Responsible for final quality tests of the processor * Shift manager of 10 workers * Running and managing projects parallel to the current work, such as MONTESTER, training and GOLDEN programs, interviewing candidates for work and so on

Computer dept manager: treating all net problems, repairing PC problems. AS/ 400 Computer management– Computer maintenance, back-up, as well as, managing users, authorizations and menus.

* basic tests before releasing to the QA stage - Sanity check * Checking the updates of the viruses scan program sent to the Web * Acquaintance with the test documents STR, STP, STD, working with TEST DIRECTOR * Manual GATEWAY checks – checking the files transfer on the FTP & HTTP protocols in all net situations, SMTP protocols check, as well, checking viruses that are transferred by MAIL, SPAM check, HTML pages, scripts and everything related to the internet and transfer through GATEWAY and FIREWALL. Checking new viruses and building suitable protection algorithms against them, building signatures table and uploading to the internet and checking the viruses’ tables. Tools: TEST DIRECTOR, scripts & work automations in WINDOWS/ UNIX/ LINUX environment
