 Supporting DES Team in reviewing Engineering Design deliverables for three (3) Akwa Ibom State Community Investment Projects  Planning and implementing Constructability review sessions on Engineering Deliverables with DES Team for the Akwa Ibom State Community Investment Projects.  Providing support and developing required documentation (EMCAPS deliverables) necessary for approvals to proceed on Projects.  Interfacing with other departments as may be required to achieve team and project goals.  Project site visit to review potential impact of projects on existing facilities.  Providing support for the development of relevant ITT packages for building construction projects.  Developing Bid Evaluation Criteria’s and Participating in bid evaluation

 Appointed and managed the construction team.  Liaised with Development Control and other authorities regarding permits for plans.  Managed Sub-Contractors co-ordination as well as Construction scheduling & Monitoring.  Planned and executed Construction to completion for 7 units of Fully Detached Duplexes, 1 semi Detached, one shopping plaza and one block of terraces (6units) at The Flowergate Estate, Apo.  Managed the execution of the Construction of 4-storey multi-living building at Highgate Estate, Wuye, Abuja.  Prepared Materials and Labour estimates as well as progress reports documentation for projects.  Managed contract variations negotiations with Client.

 Managed construction site set-up and clean-up activities.  Planned and executed Construction Works e.g. Several Bungalow and Duplex Residential Buildings within Apo, Abuja  Managed execution of several other projects such as Shopping Complex Construction in Lokoja, Residential buildings in Mpape, Abuja.  Prepared Materials and Labour estimates as well as progress reports documentation for projects  Managed equipment leasing and material purchase.  Ensured time schedules and budget estimates are maintained for individual projects.  Site Measurements and overall supervision, ensuring standards are met.

 Supported 27 Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDA’s) of the Federal Government on the CBN ePayment Platform.  Trained and supported over 180 MDA account officers for the effective utilization of the CBN ePayment Platform for ePayments.  Monitored and prepared transaction reports employing different criteria.  Prepared and delivered presentations to prospects/clients on the effectiveness and usage of the Remita ePayment Solution both in Private and Public Sectors.  Served as Liaison/Support Officer to four partner commercial banks i.e. FirstBank, FCMB, Diamond Bank and Aso Savings and Loans.  Provided support (both admin and logistics) for trainings, workshops and exhibitions.  Supported the Team Lead in Payroll setup and the analysis (MSExcel based) of monthly reports.  Managed as Deputy Team Lead, payroll run for Benue SUBEB and Benue State Pensions Board.

 Scheduled and coordinated the implementation of Generator deployment (Logistics) and installation for MTN Hybrid Substations and Etisalat sites in 17 Northern states.  Monitored the compliance and maintenance of design specifications for MTN Hybrid Substations in the Northern Region.  Ensured that there was excellent communication and cooperation within the deployment and installation teams.  Developed an effective monitoring, evaluation and reporting system (including documentation of activities) to ensure effectiveness of implementation.  Prepared weekly and monthly progress of work reports for MTN and Huawei Regional Managers.  Served as Acting Maintenance Manager in the Abuja Office for two weeks.

 Monitored compliance to design specifications at project sites in three (3) Niger Delta States (Delta, Bayelsa and Ondo) for the construction of Skill Acquisition centers comprising of Administrative Buildings, Hostel Accommodation, Staff Quarters & Workshops.  Assisted in the Monitoring of over 180 contractors and their associated projects (Housing Scheme of the Ministry in the 9 Niger Delta States)  Engineering field supervision and review of project specifications at project sites.  Prepared Valuation Certificates to be vetted by the State Project Officer.  Prepared monthly progress of work reports.  Participated in review of Contracts for purpose of identifying potential contract compliance problems and Subcontract review of records for accuracy and conformance to standards.  Scheduled Niger Delta States site visits for Director, Infrastructure and other senior staff.

 Served as Team Lead to project meetings to collate and disseminate information pertaining to projects.  Led a Project team to increase sales of Security Systems in Ondo and Ekiti states.  CCTV, Biometrics and Access Control System design and Installations for high profile clients in Ondo State.  Developed detailed designs, evaluated and identified required technologies for project implementation and putting together proposals.  Developed and analyzed Subcontract documentation (interpretation of Contract Scope, Terms and Conditions)  Undertook technical and feasibility studies and site investigations for office complex construction and a shopping plaza project.  Initiated a Data Management and Uniform Identification Solution for Ondo State Staff Records.
