• B2B fintech start-up Investment: reviewed 3-year business plan, managed investment diligence across 5 workstreams/disciplines, negotiated transaction agreements and secured investment committee approval for a $200k investment in a $2mm seed round • Build-out of an invoice discounting and financial clearance, first of its kind in Nigeria: managed due diligence process and secured $5.5mm seed investment from a local commercial partner bank

• Build-out of early-stage Fintech bank: led recruitment process for first 6 hires, led market validation research across 2 cities, facilitated product development process, developed investment case and financial models, and obtained investment committee approval for a $700k seed investment • Business development: performed quarterly industry scans across the Nigerian fintech, healthcare, education, real estate and e-commerce verticals to ascertain investment trends and opportunities • Risk management: developed and implemented an enterprise risk management framework for adaptation by Trium and its majority-owned portfolio companies

- Finance: acted as financial controller, reduced vendor payment process from 6 steps to 3 steps, undertook balance sheet optimization to accommodate growth plans and implemented balanced scorecard - Operations: developed performance report templates and monitoring tools for all tactical areas of the business resulting in annual operating cost savings of $20k - Student acquisition: Improved enrolment by 3x by implementing outreach programs targeting residence associations, student clubs and companies relocating staff - Teacher acquisition: Worked with the HR department to overhaul recruitment process, including introduction of outreach to NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) graduates

- First team basketball player in my first year, before taking up a senior position in the second team the following year and leading them to the semi finals of the LUSL cup championship. - Elected African Caribbean President for the 2014/2015 session responsible for managing 90 members achieving sponsorship deals worth about £6000 among other sponsorship deals - Assisted with the organisation of the 2015 Amos bursary Beyond Outstanding conference. Where I secured the Lead speaker and chaired the Re-imagine debate which occurred during the conference.
