• - Prevent occurrence of accidents and safety violation by risk assessment and follow up. - Traveling to different destinations (Italy & Germany) for approving the Release for Shipment tests. - Assuring a product with excellent quality and avoid customer complaint repetition. - Follow up the production process reported by three subordinates’ production engineers. - Managing the work flow for Pocket, Napkin, Facial & Toilet lines. - Follow up on all production orders to avoid extra waste. - Responsible for implementing new offers and promotions in coordination with marketing team. - Handling plant work force and reducing outsourcing labors. - Supervising manufacturing cost to hit target. - Lead & participate in the plant projects. - Set the periodical electrical maintenance plans. - Follow up maintenance plans implementation and make future plans. - Setting and supervising the implementation of a monthly maintenance plan. - Follow up the repair of the electrical problems at the factory. - Identify the department’s needs from spare parts and other materials and follow up its distribution. - Revise and audit the daily and weekly reports. - Follow up the needs of the maintenance staff and explain for them the work requirements. - Ensures the availability of the spare parts. - Decrease Down time, improve MTTR & MTBF. - Set budget for electrical spare parts for each machine and all expected modifications. - Analyze spare parts per ton for each machine. - Analyze down time for each machine - Present annual reports of the evaluation and analyses of the performance and efficiency of the maintenance staff. - Make the primary annual budget of the department in coordination with the Maintenance Manager. - Follow up the administrative work of the department (vacations and overtime). - Responsible for all utilities (Transformer, DB, Chiller, Compressor and Ink Jet machines).

• - Lead the maintenance projects. - Follow up on all daily orders to. - Evaluate the maintenance for each machine. - Assign maintenance orders for each technician. - Follow up spare parts in the inventory. - Inspect spare parts after receiving to check it’s similar to our request or not. - Decrease down time. - Improve MTTR & MTBF. - Internal training for electrical team. - Revise and audit the daily and weekly reports.

• - Supervise daily check lists. - Requesting all missing spare parts. - Coding new spare parts. - Responsible for Pocket & Napkin lines for one year. - Responsible for Toilet & Facial lines for one year. - Suggest overtime or extra shifts for workers when needed. - Assign maintenance orders for the technicians. - Key user in Oracle program implementation. - Analyze down time for each machine & set the action plans.
