o Executed a full organizational restructuring building a solid management team of TBS legacy employees and new hires from multinational organizations blending global best practices with Egypt’s retail market knowledge and the TBS culture. o Re-engineered the strategy and business model and launched the TBS Arabia project to secure sources of foreign currency. o Orchestrated the TBS COP27 success serving 40,000 guests and 200 events daily, starting from deal negotiation, menu engineering, operational & SC set-up, afterwards expanding the business to South Sinai. o Led the reformulation in size, ingredients, and process of the TBS range resulting in a remarkable uplift in quality coupled with a profitability improvement of four points. o Renovated the TBS factory and established the factory management team, strategy, and scorecard.

o Led the feasibility study on marketing, technical, and financial fronts. o Raised the project’s capital through investors, financial institutions and banks o Mobilized the team, set the strategy, co-created the brand, route to market, built and commissioned the factory under a global pandemic, finalized deals with suppliers and customers, and successfully launched Yopolis and Yopo Greek Yogurt brands in September 2021.

Provided consultancy services to: o Orascom Investment Holding: Technical Due Diligence for foods and agro-industries acquisitions. o USAID: Maximizing Egyptian SMEs exports. o GIZ: Roadmap for the development of Egypt’s Industrial Zones. o NUSRET Steak, AGA Food Industries, Orient Dates, EGYBELG Bakery, EBRD, GELITA, and the Egyptian Ministry of Trade & Industry.

o Created a regional Supply Chain organization for MARS META, revamping all SC roles, processes, and reporting. Managed a team of 105 associates, 15 distributors and 3PLs and thousands of operators across 7 countries. o Improved KSA Customer Service levels from 86% to 97%.

Led Supply Chain within MARS North Africa and Levant Management Team who turned the business around reaching 30% annual growth and for the first time achieving market share leadership. o Built a strong team raising factory and market’s Customer Service levels to a consistent 99%, minimizing conversion costs while taking product returns to 0%, and through becoming global best practice across MARS Inc in Lean Supply Chain and product freshness.

o Transformed regional commodity buying through strategic partnerships with IFFCO Egypt and Savola KSA bringing 2.0 M$ of annual savings, inventory reduction from 11 to 1 week. The model is running successfully till today. o Reduced Laundry category stock days by 75% through the introduction of 3PL at zero extra cost o Implemented “Lean Manufacturing” at five of Unilever's key Packaging suppliers and rolled out Supply Operational Excellence Program to other operating units. o Initiated and led the localization of a globally sourced raw materials, leading a virtual cross functional team over six countries. The generated value is stock reduction of 60%, cash release of €1.4 million, and annual savings of €1 Million
