Responsibilities: 1- Supervising, leading subcontractors and self employed for electrical site activities in substations and buldings: - Installation of MV/LVSWGR. - Installation of Transformers, Bus Duct. - Distribution Panels & Cubicles. - Installation of the Electrical works at the buildings (Lighting, Small Power, Telecom, Fire alarm system and cable pulling and termination). - Installation of cable Trays. 2- Review of electrical wiring diagrams and manufacturing documents. 3- Managing site activities including minutes of meeting with customer, check all Submittals, handling daily activities to customer. 4- Organize the work in accordance with method statement. 5- Following up the material purchasing and expedite it. 6- Determine manpower, tools, equipment, and material requirements for each activity. 7- Review work rate and activities to achieve the schedule dates. 8- Proactively evaluate, solve design and construction problems arise from the field. 9- Preparing the Project Schedule (3months-Monthly-weekly) & Monthly Progress Reports. 10- Review and check subcontractor invoices. 11- Implement the electrical safety precautions and testing control measures during the pre- Commissioning and commissioning phases. 12- Coordinate with the client representatives for the plan activities. 13- Conduct work in a safe manner and follow company work practices.

Project: ERC Refinery Project, (Gas & Oil project in Mostorod) Client : ERC (Egyptian Refining Company) Consultant: Worley Parsons Responsibilities: Supervising and leading subcontractor team in all electrical activities in site: - Substation, GIS Buildings: Installation of MV/LVSWGR, Transformers, Bus Duct, Distribution Panels & Cubicles. Installation of the Electrical works at the buildings (Earthing, Lighting, Small Power, Telecom, Fire alarm system and cable pulling and termination). - Process field (VDU, HCU, DCU, HPU, SWS, SRU) units. Under Ground activities (Earthling, Duct banks and trenches, ELP conduit), Cathodic Protection for Underground piping, Electrical Equipment installation, A/G Raceway, Cable installation and termination, Lighting system, Electrical Heat Tracing, telecommunication & Fire alarm system.

Project: ATTAQA Power Plant Project, Arab Republic of Egypt. Responsibilities: 1- Apply procedures/specification relating to quality processes and standards. 2- Review and approve sub-contractors Quality plan and ITP. 3- Review the drawing and technical submittals. 4- Vendor Shop Inspection and verification of the” FAT” Factory acceptance Test for the local and Overseas Vendors. 5- Inspection of Receiving Materials. 6- Raising NCRs for non-fulfillment of specified requirements in completed works. 7- Control of non-conformance product and corrective action follow up. 8- Inspection of electrical installation in power block and buildings as following: - Power Transformers with isolated phase bus duct. - Generator circuit breakers. - Low-voltage, medium-voltage switchgears and MCCs. - UPS, Battery charger and Batteries. - Cable Trays. - Pulling and Termination Cables (Power, Control, Instrument). - Lighting, small power system and distribution boards. - Earthing and Lightning system. - Cathodic protection system. - Telecommunication and fire alarm systems. - Emergency Diesel Generators. 9- Control of measuring and testing equipment’s. 10- Scheduling inspections of works to match progress. 11- Issue of the TOPs from Construction to commissioning and preparation of the Test package. 12- Fulfillment of the final quality dossier and issue the protocols of the completion certificates.

Project 1 - Installation of Low Sulphur Fuel Oil, Fuel Gas and Gas Oil Pipeline from Mina Al-Ahmadi to Sabiya and Doha Power Stations. Project 2 - Installation of Fuel Gas & Gas Oil Pipelines and Pumping stations from MAA to Azzour & Shuaiba Power Station. Project 3 - Dohaa North Power station Responsibilities: 1- Installation of following activities in Process units, Substation and Buildings: - Aux. Power transformers with Isolated phase bus duct. - Assembly of panel boards (MV SWG, MCC, and Local Panels). - Fire & Gas Detection Panels. - Pulling and termination Cables (Power, Control, Instrument). - Earthing, Lightning systems. - Lighting and small power. - Cable trays. - Batteries, battery chargers and UPS. - Telecommunication and fire alarm system. - Cathodic Protection system for Underground piping. 2- Determine manpower, tools, and equipment and material required for each activity. 3- Organize the work in accordance with method statement. 4- Review work rate and activities to achieve the schedule dates. 5- Prepare materials requisition for all missing & shortage of delivery construction materials. 6- Following up the material purchasing and expedite it. 7- Preparing the Project Schedule (3months-Monthly-weekly) & Monthly Progress Reports. 8- Coordinate with mechanical, steel structure, piping and civil departments. 9- Site Inspection and Testing of the electrical Installation to comply with project specifications. 10- Ensure that LOTO system is implemented with PTW and review the risk assessment. 11- Conduct work in a safe manner and follow company work practices. 12- Proactively evaluate, solve design and construction problems arise from the field. 13- Prepare the red line and as-built drawings. 14- Release of punch list items for electrical activities. 15- Coordinate with the client representatives for the plan activities. 16- Maintenance and testing of MV switchgear and transformers.

Project-1 AL SHABAB SIMPLE CYCLE POWER PLANT (8 x 125 MW) GE Frame 9E. 1000 MW GE. GAS TURBINE PROJECT Project-2 West Damietta SIMPLE CYCLE POWER PLANT (4 x 125 MW) GE Frame 9E. 500 MW GE. GAS TURBINE PROJECT Responsibilities: - Apply procedures/specification relating to quality processes and standards. - Review and approve sub contractors Quality plan and ITP. - Review the drawing and technical submittals. - Vendor Shop Inspection and Expediting. - Inspection of Receiving Materials. - Control of non-conformance product and corrective action follow up. Inspection of an electrical installation activities:. - Main Transformer 15KV/220KV and Aux. transformer 15KV/6.9KV. - Isolated Phase Bus Duct. - Emergency Diesel Generator sets. - MV Switchgears, Load Center, MCC Panels and Distribution Boards. - Batteries and battery chargers. - Cables (Power, Control, Instrument), Cable Trays. - Earthing and Lightning. - Control of measuring and testing equipments. - Review and approve of site quality records and test Packages. - Prepare and compile the final dossiers.

Project: ISCC KURAYMAT Integrated Solar Combined Cycle (1*125 MW GE Frame 9E + 1*125 MW Siemens steam turbine + Boiler) Responsibilities: Installation of electrical activities: - Main and Aux. Power transformers. - Isolated phase bus duct. - Assembly boards (MV SWG, MCC, Distribution Panels) - Installation of cable trays. - Pulling and termination Cables (Power, Control, Instrument). - Earthing, Lightning y systems. - Lighting and small power. - Telecommunication system. - Batteries, battery chargers and UPS. - Cathodic Protection.

Project: KHURSANIYAH GAS PLANT PROJECT (KGP) In consortium with “BECHTEL & TECHNIP Joint Venture (BTJV)” Responsibilities: 1- Review project scope of work, drawings, technical specifications & relevant documents. 2- Installation and Pre- commissioning of Electrical Activities for Substation: - Transformers ranging from 500 KVA to 67MVA. - Low-voltage, medium-voltage switchgears and MCCs. - UPS, Battery charger and Batteries. - Pulling and Termination Cables (Power, Control, Instrument). - Lighting, small power system and distribution boards. - Earthing and Lightning system. - Telecommunication system. - Catholic protection system. 3- Prepare material requisition for all missing & shortage of delivery construction materials. 4- Determine manpower, tools, equipment, and material requirements for each activity. 5- Review work rate and activities to achieve the schedule dates. 6- Preparing the Project Schedule (Monthly-weekly) & Monthly Progress Reports. 7- Conduct work in a safe manner and follow company work practices. 8- Site Inspection and Testing of the electrical Installation to comply with project specifications. 9- Ensure that LOTO system is implemented with PTW and review the risk assessment. 10- Release of punch list items for electrical activities. 11- Managing site activities including minutes of meeting with customer, handling daily activities to customer. 12- Proactively evaluate, solve design and construction problems arise from the field. 13- Prepare as-built drawings.

Project-3 Cairo West Thermal Power Plant (unit 7&8) 2x350 MW Gas Oil Responsibilities: 1- Follow the QC procedures, contract specifications and applicable standards. 2- Prepare Project Quality Plan in accordance with the contract and applicable quality standards. 3- Review and approve sub-contractors Quality plan and ITP. 4- Responsible for the quality performance of the project. 5- Ensure that site inspection controls are enforced. 6- Visit of supplier’s site to ensure that quality in fabrication and maintained the required standards. 7- Inspection of electrical installation activities. 8- Material Receiving Inspection. 9- Control of measuring and testing equipments. 10- Coordinate nonconformance identification. 11- Review and approve of test package records. 12- Compile quality documentation.
