.Fully responsible for contractual issues related to the contract, claims, variation orders, issuing invoices to clients and following up payments. .Managing the project scope throughout the project, ensuring that all project deliverables are as per the contract and up to client satisfaction and trying to utilize chances to submit cost claims through deep understanding of contract documents. .Defining the project budget, (cost baseline), monitoring and controlling cost of material and manpower resources, updating the cost control sheets regularly and trying to maximize the project profit. .Coordinating with the Planning team to create project time schedule baseline then reviewing and supervising regular reports updates ( Weekly & monthly .) And following up critical activities with the rest of the team. • Awarding jobs to sub-contractors, following up the activities closely, arranging payments and preventing unnecessary changes that may cause claims. • Supervising purchase orders issuing and supplier selection based on project budget and project schedule baseline. And follow up delivery of long lead items and project critical equipment. . • Leading a site team of QC engineers, Site engineers and safety engineers and solving project related problems during execution. • Supervising the QC team for issuance of project quality documents ( ITP ,WPS .._ ), Coordination between internal quality department and client QC , arranging inspection dates and following up for approvals. Solving technical and contractual problems that affect WIRs and MIRs approval . • Responsible for contractual correspondence with the client. •Maintaining a customer focus and to strive for a complete customers satisfaction •Closely Monitoring and controlling Site installation and commissioning Activities. •Preparing expected Cash flow reports for projects and controlling cashflow throughout the project
